  1. I had to download it to play, had to see it sense robcats comment about Arkansas, Where I live, LOL...

More like West Virginy, if you ask the small dick chaney... Ill never eat cornbread again....LOL

I was thinking more Alabamy myself. Strange how you mentioned chany. I was thinking of adding a jpg. of his face in this video.

  2. My system is on the fritz.

I try to play your animation but see a video from Jason Ryan's Animation.

Weird. (Maybe a cache thing on my end?)

    Edit: Got it. hehe... cornbread.

I take it you did the voices too?

Yes, I did both voices in a single take. Just sort of thought it up as I was looking for lunch actually. glad you got a grin out of it :)

  3. This is strange but I started work on a dancing Mexican cactus a few months ago. I still need to animate it though.

From your Project Workspace (under the Images container)...

    - Right Click

    - Save As Animation

    - Change to the desired format (in this particular case .MOV)

All of this assuming you have the AVI file in A:M to Right Cick on of course.

  4. Thank you!!! And yes, I saw that advertisement before. I really liked the way the Simcloth worked out there. Superb!

new material right click on attribute choose file type plugin Hash Inc simcloth add to model cloth parts and parts to deflect material and adjust settings

Oh yeah...I forgot that part. Here's a (brag) spot I finished recently with A:M's Simcloth feature for a Michigan furniture chain...

  5. Is he gonna do all the cool morphing things Felix used to do, like turning a question mark into a cane etc?

That was the early Felix I think. I kind of liked him better than the later versions because he was more of a trouble maker. The one I modled is the 1950's - 60's version. Have you seen the latest version? His personality is so sickeningly sweet, he makes the Telle-Tubbies look like Hell's Angels. Sad really.

  6. I fondly remember something they used to sell at truckstops: Roadkill Helper. Came in a box like Hamburger Helper, with stuff inside - probably wood chips - that rattled. Directions on back about how to roast roadkill on a hot manifold.

Sadly, General Mills or Cargill or whoever owns Hamburger Helper sued them and they stopped making it. Gave my box away as a gift; I wish I had it back.

    Dont you just love Ebay?

  7. follow through in the physics is a must. Details such as the cape make such a difference. Movements are to jerky and sharp, rather than flowing and organic. A good start though!

Thanks. I know it sounds like an excuse but I wanted to have the action on Superman this way. I thought it would look funny when in a toon render but in the standard rendering I must admit, it doesn't quite look right. I plan on making much longer animations with the fox charecter. I'd love to make one for DVD release. Of course, that means I need to finish alot of side charecter models. Good thing I have lots of free time!

  8. Superman takes on the size changing Super Mega Fox. The Superman model was from the Extras DVD. I originally was going to render this in toon style but I thought it turned out rather well here. I'm still looking for someone to play the voice of the fox charecter but somehow I haven't found the right person to do that yet.

  9. My roommate mentioned these to me just last week. I'd never heard of them till then. This is really fantastic, so far. Nice job on you labels (and on the models too!). Hmmmm.....What can be added to your basket:

    Soup cans...brands....Progresso, Campbell's, Healthy Choice

Frozen meals - Swanson, Lean Cuisine, Stoffers, D'Giarno (not sure what spoof you'd do on that one).

Ice Cream - Haagen Daz, Ben & Jerry's (I can see a Bush and Cheney joke in there somewhere), Dreyers, Edy's

    Green Giant

Lay's potato chips (perhaps that one is too obvious?), Ruffles, Doritos, Tostitos, Fritos, etc.

Have fun spoofing. I can't wait to see what else you come up with :D.

    - Michael

Those are some great ideas. I may have to steal a few ;) Thanks for the comments!

  10. I remember those!

As a young child I collected them. I had bunches of them. They came with bubble gum as I recall, like baseball cards. They were fantastic.

As I remember it the ones I collected were on cards though, not stickers... I think. Not sure. It was a long time ago (1970's).

    -vern

My brother and I collected them in to 70's as well. Some of the prices as you mentioned, are crazy. There was one we found online that spoofed Morton Salt and it was calle Moron Salt. It was never released because Morton threatened to sue Topps over it.
