  1. Thank you! That’s where I expected to find the avi option. The v19.0 trial version I am working with has Targa sequence as the only choice. I did discover a way to import the project, then save as an avi file. I guess I’ll have to get up to date! I plan to use my animations as inserts to my youtube videos produced with Pinnacle software.
  2. Hello! Thanks to Jason Simonds, I got the free trial version to open and work, but not until after my Power Supply Unit croaked, which I had to replace today. Anyway, I'm going through the tutorials, and they show an option to save the animation in AVI format. The free version I have (v 19.0) does not show that, only .tga format. Is this something that only comes with a paid version? I'm happy to report that my wimpy Dell Optiplex 990 SFF running Windows 10 with a 240 power supply, intel factory integrated graphics card, icore 5 and 16GB RAM.. seems to be able to render a short animation just fine, so far. That's why I wanted to try the free version first, to make sure it would work on this little business desktop. After this trial version, I'll be looking at buying a subscription! Thanks in advance! 3. Help! I was approved for the 14 day free trial. I had to go out of town the next day so I waited til I got back 6 days later to download the 64 bit version (Windows 10). I clicked on the temp license file and… nothing. I searched my entire hard drive, and cannot find it anywhere under any of the possible names Hash suggests in the approval letter. I clicked on the file link again but it tells me I’ve already downloaded it or are not approved. I tried opening the shortcut on the desktop on the off-chance that the file is somewhere within the program and hidden, and it says I’m missing a “mfc140.dll” file. Ack!!! I’ve emailed Hash, but no response. I plan to buy the permanent subscription but wanted to try the free trial first to make sure it would work on my desktop computer. It took several days to get the approval email, and now this with no response. I’m losing precious time when I could be creating animations! Has anyone else had this happen? Solution? Thanks in advance.
