  1. That's great news! @robcat2075and everyone else who chimed in, this has been sorted now and I have what I need to activate my subscription The wait was excruciating but all in good time guess! Thanks @Jason Simonds !
  2. Don't you have a way to contact him directly? Phone or WhatsApp him maybe? Not sure what he might be using for messaging. At least to check up on him?
  3. Thanks @Fuchur At this point, I can't say if Jason has read my message or if he's going to be able to respond to the issue I've gone ahead and cancelled my order for the subscription, as I haven't heard anything on the issue from Jason yet What I do hope Jason would address eventually is the response time to store issues, whatever they might be This is important for attracting customers and keeping them There is obviously something amiss and it would be great if communication can be expedited between users and the company For my part, I'll still wait for a response from Jason here, and then I would gladly place the order again, except this time around I'd create a store account first 😀
  4. Thanks @Fuchur, now it makes sense Although I'm thinking if this is a known issue, what's the solution for people who use Gmail? And does this mean that other email providers will work? Or is there a list of preferred email providers for Hash?
  5. Hi @Rodney, thanks for the info 🙂 After order completion, the confirmation screen showed up but there were no links or other download information provided I thought I would receive an email for further action but so far no emails have been received either Is there any way to contact Jason other than messaging on the forum, which apparently he might or might not check until the weekend, if at all 😕
  6. Thanks @Fuchurand @robcat2075 As far as spam, there's nothing in the spam folder so that rules out any emails going missing 😕 Robert, if you're getting emails instanty then I'd guess something is off somewhere with my order? My purchase used a Gmail address so that technically should work without the store servers throwing red flags!
  7. Hey @Fuchur, thanks for dropping by! How do you mean Spam? Do you think Jason is receiving a lot of spam messages in his inbox?
  8. It's possible I read in a different thread that Jason was looking to fix the store issue with whatever the problem was But that was some time back and I'd think it would have been sorted by now 😕
  9. Lol! 😂 Yes, paid through PayPal and I have screenshots too in case Jason requires them Still, haven't received any emails yet for the order. I just happened to get screenshots of the order and confirmation screens
  10. Just remembered that I checked out as a guest In that case I wouldn't happen to have access to an 'account' right? Which means I wouldn't be able to check all that Summary information as outlined in the screenshot?
  11. I did message Jason abut 9 hours ago, maybe he's busy as he hasn't replied yet Guess I'll have to wait a bit for this Thank you Rob!
  12. I was wondering how long does it take to process orders after they've been placed? Will there be an email sent to the email address used while placing the order?
  13. Thanks, it would help a lot if Jim would allow for it What I'm trying to wrap my head around is how to go about 'unwrapping' the models to then decal and stamp I'll admit that I got a bit confused after watching @zandoriastudios decaling video on the subject Decaling simple models is fine and very straight forward, no doubt Once you get to the unwrapping of complex models and messing around with flattening the mesh and so on... it's left me with a jumble of workflows that I can't seem to connect together
  14. Thanks @robcat2075 Perhaps I diluted my intended question the first time by making the post a bit verbose There are a lot of really nicely made tutorials on modeling, rigging and animation and I've seen them all. I've also been frequenting your Tutorial list, and there are a lot of those Very kind of you to share your knowledge and a big thank you! The reason for my original post was more to do with the 'lack' of decaling/texturing tutorials in AM, at least tutorials that would compare in completeness and quality of the tutorials on the other subjects like modeling, rigging and animation I did find a thread on a set of decaling videos from Jim Talbot but the links are broken and I can't seem to find them anywhere else Were Jim's tutorials commercial or were they provided for free?
  15. Hey @robcat2075 Thank you for your detailed explanation on the topic Although, I meant that I was looking for a video tutorial or a series of tutorials on the subject as it applies to AM I've been doing 3d since the 90s so I think I've got the basics covered Some of the links for tutorials on texturing in AM are broken, or they redirect to the Forums homepage I haven't been able to find a working texturing tutorial on the forums yet, maybe it's because there's a lot of content to go through and I might need to keep looking Was there ever a Tech Talk done on the subject of texturing? I've watched all of the Tech Talks and they are massively helpful
  16. Hello everyone What is the one best method of texturing models in AM? I know there's Decals and Stamps, and I've seen the various videos on this topic @zandoriastudiosvideo on YouTube was a big help Although it seems the process might be a little too involved? Or has it changed in recent versions of AM? Is there a video tutorial that explains the process of taking a model to texturing and decaling and baking for export? Thanks!
  17. I've been reading and watching videos for exporting animation from AM to other software I work with MDDs out of preference and also requirements for my small studio We're a Lightwave studio, and the current version is pretty adept at importing FBX from various sources Having read and watched export solutions from @Fuchurand others, I would like to get a bird's eye view clarity on the following questions: 1. Is MDD broken in the current versions of AM? I've seen other users having garbled meshes upon MDD imports into other software It seems like some models get exported with additional point information which is why the MDDs don't match to the model's point count Is there a version of AM that fixes this? If yes, which version would it be? 2. Will there be a FBX IO planned for AM for future releases? I like the workflow that @Fuchursuggested involving taking animations through the Direct X route, via Ultimate Unwrap 3D I'll be looking into that over the next couple of days to see how it handles more complex models and animations Thanks for reading through!
  18. Thanks @robcat2075 Appreciate the help I'll see what becomes of this In the meantime I'll post a few questions I've been looking answers to in another thread That way this little thread might serve as a quick guide for anyone else looking for similar information Take care!
  19. Thank you @robcat2075, it's great to be back in the forums after so many years And thank you for the clarity on licensing I did wish for it to be a multiple use license, meaning I could use at any one time either the PC or the Mac version By the way, is this rule for the subscription version only or does it apply to the 'one time' license too?
  20. Hey everyone! Been a very very long time, and I have been meaning to get back to Animation Master after many many years! Before getting a subscription for A:M, I have a few questions: I use both MacOSX 10.13.6 High Sierra and Windows 10 Pro Will one license allow me to run AM on both my computers? I understand V19 was the last one supported on the Mac Will my one license allow for using V19 on my Mac and any latest version on the PC I guess this question is linked to the first one above I have many more questions, but would appreciate any help to the queries above so I can make a decision soon Any help would be much much appreciated!
