  2. Much appreciated, that fixed the pinching issue, only other thing is that i cant seem to make the sphere smooth, the whole surface looks made of hard edged squares. Added screenshot this time.

Still in the process of learning the program, but i cant find anything in the manual or here that explains why im consistently getting these odd shaded triangle sections whenever i try to make a sphere of any kind. They originate from the top and bottom where all the CPs meet and extend out along the surface when i put it in shaded wire-frame view, has anyone else seen this or am i just missing something downright obvious?
  4. Ah the ever dreaded self-intro Just starting out with 3D, ive taken classes in plenty of 2D image editing but thought i would go with something new. Mostly plan to use AM for creating 3D stills, I have had a story of sorts developing in my head for years and felt its high time i 'put it on paper' so to speak and after a bit of research felt this would be the best avenue for it.
