  1. in the DVD, are they all video tutorials or they are just like the links like you posted? thanks for all of this by the way..
  2. now i was just interested in what the Extra DVD has, does it have video tutorial on it that shows how to model human characters and mecha robots? i already did the F-150 fighter jet tutorial on how to rotoscope to model an image but that is how it went and it didnt show you how to create eyes, mouth, how to color it, and so forth. also it seems that in order to rotoscope, you must have different pictures of the same object from different views. i was wondering if there were any plugins that would help in modeling human characters and robots.
  3. where can i download it? is this a video tutorial?
  4. is the extra DVD all about? it has a bunch of tutorials on how to model characters???
  5. do those guys have tutorials on how they made their videos? im looking for something like the Bubble Crisis. can the 3d Paint from AM be used to create this? http://vintagefilms.hash.com/search/entry.php?entry=1089 or some of the fantasy ones like this http://vintagefilms.hash.com/search/entry.php?entry=1104 or the Hunter Forest http://vintagefilms.hash.com/search/entry.php?entry=843
  6. hmm those two files were videos of a mother and kids doing things...not AM
  7. this http://www.hash.com/store/index.php?main_p...;products_id=27 can you link me to this anime projects?? i see you have some tutorials in the " my screencam tuts"
  8. i am looking at some of the products there for sale...5 cds and SIGGRAPH DVD Trainings...also 3d AM Paint and so forth. what are the 5 CDS in the AM package about? it is about $500. i really want to create anime on it but it seems that just the AM software is not enough. 3d paint looks pretty cool to draw your models though.
  9. exercise 16.....it mention his name in the first post...though if you have others that does the samething and more, that would be nice as well. i am downloading those files
  10. can someone tell me where to find the tutorial on particle, fire, and smoke? that was created by Shaun Freeman??
  11. where do i find that???
  12. excellent thanks guys, i knew it was the cps somewhere...thanks rob for pointing me in the right direction on where they were located....the model works normally now.
  13. okay, i finished the exercise, but when testing the model on how it moves, everything worked great with the exception of lower right leg that seems to have control points not assign to the right leg since it basically doesnt move with the rest of the leg. i attached an image of what i am talking about.....it seems to me that all the control points are assign.... i am thinking of doing the draw lasso and just assign the control points all over again, though still they seem to be all assign already...please help.
  14. oh, okay, i thought it was another properties section that i could go too.
  15. the plane image just disappears no matter what view mode i am in. this happens alot in front view than any other view, it is currently set to unpickable. when i close animation master and reopen it or closing/reopening the project file, it goes back to behaving normally. now the view property, where can check for that?
  16. okay it work, but one more question, this is a seperate issue, the image of the plane disappears no matter what view i am sometimes, i have to constantly click on empty space or switch views for them to appear. sometimes one of the front view of the image is not visible but the others are and vice versa, sort of it rotates to being visible and invisible between views as well.
  17. i will try that, strange, it use to work just by dragging it.
  18. this is in the 3rd video of the FW-190 exercise, around 6 minute mark in the video, the author draws 2 splines to attach to the circular opening in the front of the plane model in order to close it. when going into side view, the 2 splines after deleting the tails, dont show in the exercise, which means they connected to the other control points, but mine do and it means the attachment wasnt completed. he mentions about performing some keyboard Tilda key or mouse shortcuts to make sure they attach but i tried what he says and it doesnt work. please help
  19. okay, never mind. i figure it out. i tried the video again one more time. and found out that he just made too many errors and started over on creating the circle for the second half of it portion....sigh, if only i figure that out sooner.
  20. hmmm, scale it so it's about as wide as the width of the tire tube in the image. Not as big as the whole wheel, i am not too sure if i did this right, now i am getting a huge circle here, i attached a pic of it.
  21. i did, i believe it was used to create the top of the flower yellow bud. i will check it out again.
  22. i will try that, when you say Lathe? what do you mean exactly? i probably been using it but dont know the terms well yet, lol. lathe you mean probably hitting the arrow with the "+" sign next to it and creating control points? also, where did you learn this method?
  23. on the exercise fw-190 fighter jet, watching the video and i am trying to understand on how he calculates and draws/traces the tires, he is using advance manipulator to manipulate the pivot then he starts position it and that it has to be in the y-axis. im trying to understand but it is hard, also since the problems with these videos is that the sound and video are way out of sync. with each other. he starts doing this in the second part of the lecture around the 11 minute mark to finishing around 15 minute mark.
  24. where is the little data zip?
  25. thank you. the data folder is quite huge. 158 mb
