  1. Thank You!!!
  2. Thanks for the help. I did see that other post and had tried that - I still get the white background/edges. I read somewhere else to save as a .png and that works perfectly! Thanks again!
  3. Hi I'm having trouble with transparent decals. I'm trying to map an image with a transparent background but the background turns white when I apply it to my model. I'm using photoshop elements and saving as a 32 bit targa. I have also tried saving it with corel photopaint. Can anyone help me? Thanks
  4. Thank you for the help. Lesson learned the hard way. I haven't worked in 3D for many years and I forgot how disastrous it could be when something goes wrong! Ouch Toni
  5. Thanks for the help. I can't believe I didn't have a back up. I just got building and excited and didn't think of it! Crazy! Thanks again Toni
  6. Hi I have a project file with several models in it. Something went wrong with one of the models in it and now every time I try to open the file I get a "error #004. loading" message followed by "exception #001" message and then A:M shuts down. I have no backup of the file (hopefully this is the last time I will make that mistake) from before the preblem started. I am not happy at the prospect of losing everything in this project file as it is for an animated children's story that is already running behind (yikes!!). I hope I don't have to start again!! Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
  7. Hi I purchased A:M about two months ago. I have taken Interactive Digital Design and Computer Systems programs in college and have experience mainly with Lightwave, Adobe Director and various video editing software. So far I'm loving A:M; it is a bit different than what I am used to though and hopefully I won't have too many strange questions!!!
