I got the same thing at least three times in a row. I logged out and back in as Noel suggested and got the same thing.
EDIT:
I followed this link from another one of Noel's posts, and I was able to update it fine. ?????

Nice texture. The first thing I noticed is the beak. Birds' beaks hinge on the bottom, not the top. There also seems to be a problem with the texture on the chest.
Keep it up.

Animation is starting next week
That's cool... way cool.

My website is up and running. I have the 3d stills and animation gallery running. I'll be adding a page for my two short films very soon, and then other artwork and photography. If you checked out the old one, come back and see the new one. Unfortunately, I do have some M*y* work on here. I have to use it at work
let me know what you think.

the link is www.animattic.us

I've added a 3d stills gallery to my blog. It will be posted on my site when I get done.
here's a shortcut directly to the stills page.

I don't think I can put categories with Blogger. I just used it because I could get something up there to start showing my work. i'd like to set up a web page like keith lango, that has a blog and a permanent frame with links to my gallery, etc. I was looking at Godaddy for hosting. They also offer 5gb storage, but not near as much bandwidth as you. Thanks for the suggestion.

I've set up a blog at www.animattic.us to showcase my work and help generate some freelance work. I'll be creating a better site soon with a full gallery and animation as well as stills, but the address will still be the same. I'll post here when the full site is complete. Please have a look.

Cow is done. I changed the way the horns attach to the head and it looks much more "cow-like" now. I also put in a tongue. the teeth are simple, and I can do more detail if I need to. The tail is made to accept a few cookie-cut maps to make it look stringy. if the mapping is done differently I can change it.

The model is attached so the rigging can get started.

I may be off the forum for a while. Merry Christmas to all!

Preface: I think Chairoscuro has done an excellent job modeling.
Concern: I feel that Woot is straying from the stylized vision of the film that we switched to when there was all the controversy with the tinman. He just doesn't seem to have the same charicatured quality that the sketch does.I feel he's kind of straying into the uncanny valley of quasi-realism.
I know Bob approved it, and I'm not second-guessing him. I just didn't want to remain silent if it could be improved. If I'm over ruled I won't make a fuss.
cheers,

I've been out of power due to an ice storm for a few days. The cow should be totally done by tomorrow. I need to add a tongue and maybe tweak the teeth a little. I'll post a pic tomorrow.

The udder is not flipped yet. Only half is there. I'll leave the cowas she is. I need to finish the inside of the mouth still, and then I'll send it down the road to the rigger.

a bit more progress. Mostly just tweaking proportions. Especially in the face. how do the eyes look? I think they could get the range of espressions in the sketches.[attachmentid=12283][attachmentid=12284][attachmentid=12285][attachmentid=12286]
Bob, does the posterior rumpus still need beefing up?
matt

Looks nice! one suggestion, though. it might be better to make the body a little longer, and use the posing to get that hunched-over look. His torso seems so short he wouldn't have much range of motion for stretching out to reach or jump or whatever.
Keep up the good work!

Wow! you've really capture the sketch with this one. Great work, Zaryin! I like it a lot!
-
He might need another ring around the length of his body
Do you mean another ring running up and down in her mid-section, or running length-wise?
I'll proceed then. I want to tweak her ears a bit, and work on the hip-bone protrusion a little...oh yeah, I need a bow-bell, too. and the tail end.

Great. I don't mean to nit-pick because it's a great rig. I just want the wrinkles to come out before show-time! You riggers are doing an amazing job.

I've been wrestling with the IK/FK switch (it was twitching on the change from FK to IK)
My problems wasn't during an IK/FK switch. I don't know if it's the same issue or not. I had problems when I would extend the foot so it was as high or higher than the waist (or bring the waist down in a squat). Sorry I didn't have time to get a pic of it.

I ran into a problem with the leg twisting all around in some extreme poses. I think it's a problem with the knee aim. I'll try to post a pic later tonight. BTW, I like your bunny hop mtpeak2!

Great mtpeak2! I'll try him out as soon as I can.

I'm going to start on the cow form Act1 Sequence1 this weekend. Here are some pics from the storyboard, and I'll have an official sketch from Bob later.[attachmentid=11697][attachmentid=11698][attachmentid=11699][attachmentid=11700]
Here's a model from another project that I'm going to base it on.

Woohoo! He's alive! This rig is great. (I don't think I even used the most recent one) The Squetch makes him so lively and jiggly. I felt I could really push the Squetch since he wouldn't really have a skeleton anyway. Hope you all enjoy it.

That is the funnest rig ever! TWO is going to be great!

I have a suggestion about the Loon problem. If woot put the loon in his hat instead of his pocket, he could get it out while he was locked in the magic box --Maybe he could use his tail to hold the loon while he blew it up. Then suddenly Yoop could wake up and freak and run out and trip over straw bear as she came out the door. everything else in the sequence could be the same. it would solve woot being in two places at once, and explain how he had the loon even though he no longer has pockets once he's a monkey.

Nice work. A few crits though: He seems to lose velocity just before he plants his hands, and then suddenly gains it again as he vaults over. Also, if his hands trailed behind his head for a little longer it would help.
Cheers,
