omg....whats wrong with the knights leg?!i learned this resently and what you do is change the ease i think.have it at 100 at the frame you want it to stop and the change it to 0 the next frame the 100 on another.

 

Check this out. I couldn't make the ease changes work for me. Pulling the leg down with the foot bone stopped the leg from kicking at all. So, I started messing around with the knees and finally got both legs starting and stopping together. Whew!
