  1. Thanks for the help guys. I'd like this to be as detailed as possible so I'd prefer not to use the transperancy method. However... I'm very new to A:M... and all this boolean talk is a little above my head. But I'm gonna stick with it and figure it out. Are there any good tutorials on cutting holes with booleans? Thanks again. Kel
  2. Ok guys, How would I go about creating a Disc Brake like this one? [attachmentid=19942] Any help is much appreciated! Kel
  3. Thanks for the encouragement and hints. Had no knowledge of teh "sweeper" plug in. Very cool. The frame pinched behind where the seat will go. I was going to tweak it and decided it wasn't important. Although knowing how not to have that happen in the future is important. Thanks again. Here's a high-res of the spokes. Damn that took a long time to render. [attachmentid=19872] OK. I'm done posting for now. Gotta go build a transmission and a belt drive and an intake and a carborator... handle bars would be nice too, I guess. Kel
  4. Here's the frame. High res[attachmentid=19866] Frame with wireframe. As you can see I cheated in a few areas.[attachmentid=19867] And this is a wire of the wheels. [attachmentid=19868]
  5. Ok so I've been playing with A:M for a couple weeks. In the process of building my first real model. Here's what's done so far. Still have a long way to go before it's done. Love to hear comments and suggestions. [attachmentid=19864]

    Help

Thanks Bird Man, I understand why Hash requires the CD in the drive, but it's anoying to have these tutorial DVDs and not be able to watch them on my computer while I do them. Waiting for the CD-ROM to spin slows stuff down as well. Anyways... Diving in. Hope tomorrow is more of an eye opening experience for me. Thanks.

    Help

2 questions: I'm on a Mac, just got A:M today. Do I have to have the CD-ROM in the drive for A:M to work? That's what it's telling me and I find it hard to believe. 2nd question: I'm running on a dual monitor system, but I can't get animation master on my bigger monitor. What gives? Thanks in advance guys. Kelly
