  1. I can't seem to find how to do either of those.
  2. Hi, all. I work mainly with video, and I use a program called Pinnacle Studios. It supports picture in picture, which is basically overlaying one video file over another. I've found that AM can export animations to .avi, which works fine. I insert a clip I made and then I overlay an animation created in AM. Unfortunately, the animation has a nasty background. When I insert a model in AM, give it an action, and export it as .avi, it always comes out with a blue 'sky-ish' background and a brown/tan-ish floor, and the model will do an action. This presents a problem, obviously, because I have a clip of humans acting and then it's a whole other clip of an animation with its own background, etc. over top of it. I've tried cropping the overlaying video (the animation), but you can still see it. Even adding transparency doesn't help much. I was wondering if there's any way to just export the model on a transparent or overall blank background. It has to be .avi or .mpeg, though, as Pinnacle Studios won't support .gif or .png files (just .jpeg, which doesn't support transparency). Any help would be appreciated. I wanted to have screenshots of what I was talking about, but it wasn't working out. Thanks.
  3. Well, it's not like that for me. When I import the .avi into a video editing program, like Pinnacle Studios, and, let's say I chose the resolution to be 'low', it looks like a low-quality Playstation Game. Then I import the same .avi except with a different resolution, and it looks better. If anything, could I have a list from the 'smallest' to the 'largest', then?
  4. Okay, I noticed that when you go to render the animation, you can choose from different resolutions... I wanted a kind of 'list' I guess from worst (as in, lowest quality) to best (as in, highest quality) resolutions. If there is one already here, could someone please give me a link? If it's not already here, could someone write it down? I'd appreciate it.
  5. Eh, I got it figured out. You see, my dad has this program installed that limits my time on the computer. It's called 'Enuff'. One day it was acting up and kind of 'shut off' and at the time I was messing around in Firefox (which suffered from the same problem) and BAM! the options opened. I tried it in AM, and it worked again. So I figured as long as Enuff is going, some things won't work correctly. Thanks, though, for all the help!
  6. It's for other stuff, too. Like, right now, my Windows Media Player won't let me open the options. I don't know how to use computers, so I'll just have someone look at what you've told me and see if they can fix it... Thanks for all the help so far.
  7. It happens to some other ones. Where can I see my roll-out delay settings? I don't know how to post my system specs... =/
  8. Whenever I try to open the options, it shows up for less than a second and closes itself! What's going on? Can I fix this? Please help. Thank you.
  9. Is the Extras CD intended to be used as a place to import from, or can the files be easily copied to an HD as a library to be resident on the PC? Thanks.
