I've viewed it with Firefox 2.0 without problems. I also tried it with MS Internet Explorer 7.0 (which is causing trouble to everyone) and I also get a message "This website wants to run the following add-on: 'Microsoft ® HTML Viewer'" although the video plays just fine. I think that message is caused by the following line in your code:
"
You can try to delete that line (and the ) Only the
should do the trick. -
That was fun to watch. Great job! Now let us all repent from eating chocolate for we might been thrown into the lake of acid drop for eternity....

I think you did pretty well so far. I would make the bear a bit more bend forwards while he's getting ready to jump, so the jump movement comes from his whole body, not only his feet. The rest is very good, but there's a strange move in your camera at the end. I think you could easily fix that in the timeline graph.

I think you did an great job on that. Bravo!
Maybe you can try a more colorful background. That would bring out the reflection a bit more. Did you use IBL? that would help too...

We're thinking of embedding it in a .swf or html formatted email.
In case you don't know, you can embed the video in the email and keep the source file on your website. This way the email itself will be small. I'm not sure if you already ment this

Open the options window (Tools->Options) and go to the Folders tab. Make sure all the folders are correct.

How do I convert that .prj file to a .mdl file so I can use it in a choreography?
You don't need to save your model as an .mdl file. Just drag it from the objects to the choreography in the project workspace. You can you the "save as .mdl" feature if you want to import your model in other projects. I also save my models as .mdl files when they get very big. That way the file size of the .prj stays small and I don't have to wait long when I save each time

I think Sound Forge 8 would be a very nice tool for that.

All browsers that use the current html standard should recognize the tag. I use it on my website too and have tested it in all common browsers without any problems, so it should work for you too...
