Well, it's made with flash mx!
first I made two movie clips, then in flash create a button symbol, in first frame place the static clip, and in second frame the other. Place the button in scene and in first frame enter a script, that disable hand mouse pointer and that's it. Actually, robcat2075 should know better that me, it's his idea! Joe, If you wish I can share the project (flash) file.
