Hello, I am seeking a new activation key for windows v19 for my legal copy. I have not been able to get any reply from support for a couple of years - what should I do? I may have reinstalled or something - I don't recall. The specific error is - I get an "already used" message. Invoice details are available. Respectfully, Mark Raley
