Greetings,
A returning A:M "user" from long ago. Air quotes because I played with the software, but not to the extent of many famous A:M alumns (B. Prince, Raf Anzovin, Victor N., many others). I'm looking forward to exploring the latest and greatest.
I'm a long time 3D artist working in research, creating environments and models for interactive simulation. I recently came to the conclusion that I need to step up and take my work to the next level. My first CG workshop (Become a Better Artist with Rob Chang) was an eye-opener for this atelier-trained artist, and a step on the path to self-improvement.
I have some big goals personally and professionally to get where I want to be as an artist, but every day is an opportunity for progress on that path.
Looking forward to learning the ropes for real this time.
Cheers,
Shawn
