Thanks! I was trying other programs and browsers to get in, but tried Firefox and it worked perfectly

I've real new here and still learning my way around the program. I've been trying with no luck on useing a ftp program to get into ftp.hash.com/pub. I was wondering is the site down or do you need a password to get in? Thanks
