You can check out the rig in this lamp. It has been awhile since I did it, so I can't remember what I did, but it seemed to work OK at the time.

downloaded the patch and there is still the same text problem in the library

select model
chose new pose on off
pose will open
select muscle mode
go to left side view and select entire group/ model
get the scale manipulator and grab the pivot point and pull it behind the mesh
rotate x axis 90 degrees towards the back
right click in side the group and chose flatten
that should do it

This is a nice treat. Although this is live action CG has the same abilities in repeatable camera moves that we take for granted. I recommend this tutorial for anyone interested in advanced spfx.
