Shapes plug-in that allows you to create shapes

I'm using A:M 15.0, and I'm looking for the Shapes plug-in that allows you to create shapes. I can't seem to find it. Is it only offered in A:M 19.0?

It looks like that had not made it into the v15 build. Likewise for the scale to x=0 menu option we used at LAT.
