I tried downloading the tech ref manual but I can't seem to download it from its current location. Is there another place where I can download the tech ref manual from? A good introductory book on CG lighting is Birn's "Digital Lighting and Rendering, 2nd Edition". I made an annotation thread on it in the tutorials forum.
