Camera Switching

Recommended Posts

There may already be a way to do this but if no one has posted anything yet....

Here's a way to switch between camera shots, angles, rotations etc... just using one camera, during one render. I've included the project file so you can pick at it.

1. Set the camera's "Interpolation Method" to "HOLD".

2. Move the camera to a different point in time.

3. Now the camera will quickly switch from one view to the next.

This is cool, thanks for sharing! Kind of the established method (if there is one) for doing this has been to place multiple cameras where you want them and then, have a main camera you use for rendering jump to each as needed using constraints. Your method is less work and less project weight and, off hand, I can't think of any other pluses or minuses.

Thanks!

Rusty
