I created a company logo using AM and would like to export it so that I can import my model into Digital Image Pro so that I can work with there gradient tools. Is there a plug-in out there that I can use to export an AM model into a picture format such as .png, .jpg, .bmp? Or for another imaging program such as AI? As of right now I have been using screen print platinum to take a screen shot of my images. If AM can import files from other programs such as AI, should we be able to export the models as an AI file also.

Some of the video's going round in this forum from very nolidgeable people show they use the screenshot and probably forget they could render it to any resolution as well.

ps.

I must add, if you work with highresolution display, a screenshot can work faster in some occasions.

Like mentined. A:M can be saved in a few formats and MANY resolutions. At render time (render to file), my best guess is to choose BMP because of it being uncompressed. Now as far as the Resolution, there is quite a few options that you have to choose from. That would be a matter of trial for which resolution gives the best result. From this point on, any image/paint program (both free and comercial) can open the BMP and most likely allow any number of options for saving to Png, Tga, etc. This all depends on the export options of the image program of course?

A:m really doesnt have any "specialized" Exporting to a specific programs file extension.
