I was looking around for different sites for Motion capture data in the BVH format.
This is a good site: http://www.bvhfiles.com/ If anyone else can find a good site than post it in this thread.
Cheers!

Also you can turn dynamics on and animate a force moving in the coreography to simulate wind
-
Yea i have found some of the stuff online. Thanks for the info!

In the coreography set the rate of emission at 0 untill 10 seconds. Than turn it to wateaver rate you want and back to o at 13 seconds. And i dont know if this will work for lens flares as well but i imagine it will if you turn on and off the light when you want the flare

Yea i see your point but i was dissipointed when many tutorials that looked cool would not open. Howeaver i want to comment on how good all the models and projects were. I had lots of fun exploring to see what new stuff i could find.

I think there is a little too much green in the tail. I remember jabba as being more the tan color of his chest throught his body. Just a sugestion :-)

My only complaint about the bonus disc is on the various tutorials. Most of them are good but there are some that wont open or are otherwise plain wierd. I mean a few of the zip arcives dont work, some pdfs will not open and a few tuts are in like chinese. I thought that as a whole the dvd was pretty good but i think that whoeaver organizes the next one should at least make sure that the tutorials will at least open.

I cant wait to see jabba!

Just to clarity the above post, you group one or more patches and then apply the material to it.

Thanks for the comments. Yea i have to work on the wear paterns. Im just getting the hang of decaling and using photoshop. And yea i will probably make the handle more square and slightly bigger

I agree that they are good. I have a couple my self. They help a lot

I like number 1 too. I think the arms are slightly too long but other than that it is good
-
I am interested in seeing how it turns out
-
Well thanks for everything you do. You have helped me a lot and i think i should post a thanks here

Yea they can be used for lots of different effects. I have seen tutorials for making them look like distant explosions for use in a sci fi project

When I am in shaded mode my decals look good. Howeaver when i render the lose their clarity. They go from looking sharp and defined to having a smooth look. I realize this might be good for some images but i am annoyed by it. Is there any way to set the sharpness for the render

You mean there isnt an "easy" button???? Than how does everyone else make such good models??? lol
-
Both the AT-At's and the snow speeders look very realistic. Your game should be loads of fun :-)

Also to start, in a model window, right click and pick Plugins>Wisards>Terrain. With this program and a grayscale image you can make almost any type of terrain
