  1. Hi all,

    just my thinking:

It´s true the board is changing. It -somehow- becomes to be a big family, and the users are nice, friendly and most of all very, very helpfully!!

For this i find it´s a good idea to know you all a little bit better. I don´t think we all will become close friends, but we all respect each other in their work and in their meaning. So why not share other informations. It don´t has to be a must, it´s good to know theres a can do!

So, here another thing. I live in Berlin, Germany and most of the time i can offer a sleeping place for one, or two days. If someone like, just give me a mail.

    Greetings

    Frank

  2. Hi all,

  3. Hi,

just a question, could you change the plug-in in the way it´s reacting with "black and white" pictures?

Meaning: A text, a logo, or a name is saved as targa and in combination with your plug-in it would look like it´s a text comming out off the water, is falling in the water, or someting like that.

    Greetings

    Frank

  4. No, i´m not thinking about a fast change of Sunlight in an animation. i think about a still. If you use a light rig, like skycast the lights are always on 100%. Okay you can change it all manual to let say 30% (light from side) and 120% (light from the top), but that is not the fun. forthermore i find it a little bit strange having so many shadows, i would like to have shadows only from toplight.

  5. Hi all,

i´m playing with Light-rigs in the moment and a thought is running to my mind.

"is it possible using relationships and expressions not only to change the lightcolor but also do other things like intensity or cast shadow on/off (no shadows from the side, or little shadow from the side, hard shadow from above). Is there a formular to calculate the position of the light?"

i remember having once an excel sheet for calculating the sunposition.

What do you think? Have somebody tried it?

    Greeting

    Frank

    PS: Congratulations Yves
