Actually, for some reason, I'm having some trouble making the picture bigger. sorry. I'll try and fix the problem and then post a bigger picture. Thanks for the feedback though.

Ok, so. I'm assuming that somebody knows of the upcoming "space" animation contest. And I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm trying to have the camera zoom out in one part of the animation. Its supposed to start zooming out slowly, and then speed up. but, instead, before it starts to go faster, its zooms in. And I can't figure out why. its mind-boggling . So, if anyone could help, that would be really cool.
Thanks,
robert

Ya, dude, just like he said. It looks as if you are trying to make the whole car at once. that's kinda difficult. I tried making a car doing that and I just couldn't make it work. So instead, start off with making all the parts to the car seperately, then just get them all the appropriate size and put them together. i.e. doors, hood, bumper, etc...
good luck

So far its looking pretty good. You're right , and it does need some textures and materials on stuff like the houses and the train tracks and the boat. you also may want to scale things a bit to make it more realistic. Like the railroad versus the size of the houses. But at the moment, it looks like it'll be a great picture. You nailed the steam coming from the boat. I eagerly await the final version. Good luck on it.

yeah. my animation is too long for me to post (apparently there's a maximum of 30 frames), so I am only able to put up one frame. Otherwise it would just be like the last half of a kick and it would be kinda pointless. If there's a way to post larger files, please let me know. that would be cool

Thanks for the input! I started a new model and I was able to rig that one with the A:M skeleton. I'll keep trying with the Jester, but until then, here's the other character I came up with who is doing a jump kick:

I just got Animation Master for Christmas, and this is the model I've first made. Its called Mix the Jester. The only problem is that I don't understand how to put a skeletal rig in it and make the hands work. I don't get how to make the hands work. So, if anyone could give me tips on how to rig it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
lots of new characters
