Yeah- You may be trying to boot the V13 still as both versions still live on your HD...try this: Put the disc in and boot the app. Then go to Help/About Animation Master and see what version you are in. If it says version 13, then you need to find the new icon for V15 and open it instead.

 

Alright, here's another problem. I found out the V15 needs a new CD, not a free upgrade.

 

So now i'm trying to upgrade to V14, is this also not free?

I purchased it from Hash.com some time in July 2007.

The CD was an upgrade for $99. I had previously upgraded from V.10 to V.13.

post a closeup wireframe with the bones or some animation showing the bones, ask some specific questions and someone will probably jump in with an answer.

 

This is the problem, when i move one finger using the animation bone, all the other fingers move with it.

BTW, the new v15 HASH CD's are now in stock... if you want one, you'd need to purchase a full, new copy (the two options now are a Full Retail copy with CD, printed docs and Box for $299 or a one year web subscription with electronic docs for $49.99, anyone qualifies for either, there is no "upgrade" price anymore)

hey, that's a pretty good godzilla.

 

Took me four months to get it right. It's a pain in the ass to put bones on it though. I'm really having trouble with adding bones on the fingers.

my oz cd is version 14, not 13. you know... the one with only two updates for the year?

 

version 15 doesn't want a cd unless you bought it on a cd.

 

i think. has anyone actually bought a v15 cd?

I'm very new at this kind of stuff, so I thought I would post here to get help and suggestions. Right now I'm adding bones to the model, and having major problems with the hands/fingers acting on there own.

Hi, I purchased the OZ CD for V.13 and I'm trying to update my software to V.15. It says I need the OZ CD when I am using it. What is the problem here?
