[V11.0p Crowd Flocking]

I'm using flock, just following the Flock Geese tutorial. It shows the flocking circle, but it won't show the geese.

 

I tried following step-by-step, and A:M crashed each time. So, I tried the goose by dragging onto the Choreography Camera 1- nothing but a wireframe circle. Then, using the eagle by dragging onto the flock circle. I get one big Eagle and no flock?

 

Each time I try to get the flock, I get another shortcut to BIRDS.

 

Is the MAC 10.5rev5 that much different?

How do I download/convert the fir tree froma jpeg to .mdl?

 

I tried clicking on the link to the .mdl file, but my browser opened it in a new window as text.
