Took out master0.lic, turned off virus software, same result.. I keep trying to open and this is what I receive " RLM ERROR-40.please email support @hash.com to activate via email.. I'm thinking its about time to cut my losses lol

Yes there is master0.lic, I am running as administrator. I do have virus software running, I will turn it off and try it that way

I emailed hash last night.. As of 12:30 today haven't heard from anyone..

I uninstalled, reinstalled it ask for key, I copy paste it.. asked for key again. Then got the RLM error -40.. message again.. I'll email the tomorrow. Thanks for your help..

Yes internet connection and I did get an activation code/key... The one thing I noticed it never requested to enter the code.. just kept giving me that error message ..

I found my disc copy of am I bought back in early 2000s, it has disc and book with code to activate.. The problem is my newest computer i built doesn't have a disc drive any longer.. idk it the disc today would be able to run in a new disc drive.. is there a way to download the program and still use the old activation code in the book.. I know it was supposed to be a bound to one computer only.. Just curious.. Thanks
