I searched for master0.lic in the "Hash Inc" directory, "Program Files "directory (Windows 10) and then my whole C: drive. I don't have that file. Michael

I purchased the disks for AM. My PC crashed, now I'm trying to install on a new computer. I get a "activation code already used" message. I sent the "your_host_id.txt" file as requested and along with my Activation Code. I received a codes.txt file and the link to install v17 which I did. I clicked the link and installed. It asks for my activation code and I still get the same message, "already used". What do I do with the codes.txt file? I was told they'd send a new master0.lic file, so I thought I'd have to rename and replace with codes.txt file. I searched and couldn't find a master0.lic. What am I missing? Thanks, Michael

Thanks for the reply robcat2075. I looked in help, the TAO and TechRef manual to see where I set the AVI render to "Full Frames (uncompressed)" and couldn't find any reference to it. Where would I make that selection? Thanks, Michael - If you are rendering to AVI, the only "compressor" setting that works in A:M is "Full Frames (uncompressed)" It will make a huge file tht you will want to recompress in some other manner, most likely. 64-bit A:M doesn't have QuickTime but the 32-bit version(which you can install and run also... copy your master0.lic file from the 64-bit folder to your 32-bit A:M folder) does and has more compression options. -The Initbound thing is a bug that will be fixed in the next version of v17. I've installed AM 17.0e SSE4 on a new Dell XPS 8500 Desktop Computer with a 1GB AMD Radeon HD 7570 Video Card and I get the AVIFileCreateStream Error when trying to do Final. When I try wireframe I get "Failed InitBoundRenderInfo". Need assistance. Thanks, Michael
