Thaks, bakerrod! I will try it.

There is a tool in some 3D softs that creates a solid by making a shape follow a path. Is there a way to do it in A:M?
-
I assume this is a very simple question, however I couldn't make it work! I have looked at the keekat model, but I didn't understand how to make it. The odd part is that in the choreography window it looks very nice, however in the model window it is a perfect sphere...!?
Please, forgive me for the question I believe have been done lot of times, but I really want to know what the secret is.

What can I say about these pictures?? Very good! Nice job.

beware, your model can loose depth... sometimes a good light setup can beat a radiosity render.
But in this case I can say it is a nice render. congratulations!

It is very cool, but I am having some problems on the playback.... I only see all the frames when I grab the cursor over the timeline of quicktime player.
Does anyone know why is it happening to me?

it looks very nice to me!
Are you brazilian?

Thanks for the tip, Larry! It showed me how to solve other of my questions.

Thanks a lot, ChrisThom!

Thanks, Sofabutt! I will try it right now.

Is there a way to align the CPs or, in other words, to make a selection of them to have, for example, the same X, Y or Z coordinate?
Please, a simple way!
Thanks

nice job! can you post a high res image, so we can see the details?

thanks, guys!

so, I suppose there is no way to do it.

I suppose this is a absolute newbie question, however it is exactly what i am so "how to turn off the lines of the toon render?"
Thanks!
-
hi, Anthony,
it seems very nice to me. I think it looks nicer with toon render off. The "toon render on" version need to have the bias set with a different value (my opinion). I suppose it would look great with the contour only around the ship... you can draw the others "toon lines" direct in the decals. This is the method I use sometimes when I can't get the look I want just setting the bias value.
about the shadows, I set the ambiance value around 10% in the attribute of the material. Then I apply this material on the model and them I apply the decals over it.

Hi, everyone,
This is my very first question here How do I control the speed of an object when it is constrained to a path? What I mean is: there is a way to make the object follow the path with non constant speed? I am animating a "car" following a path and I want it to slow down a little bit before enter on a curve.
I am using A:M 2003 (10.5a), w2k.
Thanks
Pedro
PS.: sorry for the bad english...
solid = shape follow a path. How?

I have tryed the extruder wizard and it solved my problem, however I didn't find the duplicator anywhere
I am using A:M v10.5n, does anyone knows how can I find it?
PS.: It is in the HXT folder in the A:M 10.5n directory
