[Decaling trouble]

Hi:

 

I applied a decal (planar) and it looks well. But when I open the project , I saw the decal looks bad. A very poor quality. When I render it looks well but i need to see it better at AM when I´m working

P.S: Ooops! I missed to say the image is white and black but as RGB image

I´m gonna buy AM but I would like getting answers for this questions previously

 

How could i optimize my toon rendering? Could i get clean black lines with AM like the classical pen? No scratch, i mean.

 

Is there a tutorial about it (adjust render options)?
