  1. Hello

We will not be going to Origins this year, we are doing Anime EXPO in Long Beach, CA. Which is the same time frame.

    Thanks Heath

i can't remember if marshal has been going to origins and/or gencon.. so i thought i'd ask.

i'm planning on getting some animation:master work up in the origins art gallery, but gencon will be darkly-free.

i'm sure they're all broken up about it.

  2. Hello all

Me and Barney just got back from doing a fantastic trade show call Sakura-Con. It's an Anime trade show and its grown quite a bit every year. It is located in the Washington State Event Center/Convention Center located in downtown Seattle. The first year we did this show it was in a hotel lobby now it take up 3 floors of the event center. It's a fun show where all the kids dress up as there favorite Anime character. Like always there was tons of interest in Animation Master we showed our toon render and lots of Japanese anime/manga animations done with A:M. We did better than we have any other year and will be back again next year. I also had the opportunity to check out a great art exhibit across the street called "Bodies" (http://www.natureandscience.org/bodyworlds/). If anyone has a great interest in the human anatomy I would recommend this exhibit, it is real humans in different positions' so you can see how all the muscles and tendons work, it was quite amazing!

    Thanks

  3. Me and James just got back from anther great Comic book show this weekend! It's a smaller show that's located in downtown Seattle. It's actually in the same stadium as the NFL Seattle Seahawks play in.( Quest field). Seattle is only about 2 and a half hours north of us. It's far enough north where is you say Vancouver people immediately think Canada. It's a great show for me and James since we are huge comic book geeks. I did hear the rumor "Warren Ellis" will be at San Diego Comic Con this year and he is one of my favorite writers in the comic book industry, and for those of you who do know him, you should try to check out San Diego Comic Con this year. We do quite well at this show and have a great time every year. We will be back again next year for sure!

    Thanks Heath-

  4. I don't know if you're constrained to that starting pose, but instead of him just raising his head in one axis, he could be looking to the side abit. It would make for a more interesting turn. Also, it needs a slight dip down before it raises.

His eyes track with his head.

Move his neck and torso abit too.

A brow raise as his mouth opens might be good.

    I'll make some changes tonight

  5. "Woot looks up to follow the flying axe." Frames 100-123

first past, going into 2nd after i get some advice.
