[Dual Monitors]

I'm running two vids. A 15"plasma on a radeon 7500 PCI card and a very old Packard Bell SVGA monitor on the on-board video.

 

Using Windows XP (home) I pull up the desktop settings, go to settings. There are graphic representations of the monitors attached. I pick number two and then check the box that says something about extending my windows desktop to that monitor. Bang the second monitor pops up.

 

When playing with AM (I'm a rank amateur) I can pull the PWS and Properties boxes out of AM and over to the other monitor giving me enough screen space on the plasma to play around in.

I've seen it. I don't remember which channel, however. I think it might have been on

Tech TV.

 

It looks like a cute game. Best part is we all got to see it first thanks to Avalanche's generosity and showing off (worth showing off, by the way).

It's not cheating, it's getting on with the work.

 

There'll probably come a time when you'll need to make models specifically for the stories you want to tell or the art you want to make, but that is not necessarily the case.

 

Besides, you'll get a lot of flavor doing it at your pace on the things YOU want to do.
