[No software or activation code]

I ordered Animation Master Version that does not expire in Dec2021. I was not emailed an activation code or anything in the actual mail.

No one answers my emails.  Not sure if I am even sending them to the correct address

Can anyone tell me how to contact someone to find out where my order is?  Thanks
