1. Thanks to everyone for their helpful comments. In the end I went with the last suggestion, and it looks pretty good.
2. I have a logo that was created in Photoshop and has a Drop Shadow effect around the CD and the word "METRONOME." I've made a short animation for it, but I cannot get that Drop Shadow Effect. Does anyone have any way of creating this effect in A:M? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-o9rheradE4 Also, if you have any suggestions on how to improve the animation, I would be glad to hear it. Thanks, Nima
3. I was trying to see if I could get that special effects look where the camera rotates around the character while it is frozen in time. Here is the link: http://www.spiceisle.com/anvar/page2.html Nima
4. I'd appreciate your critique of this squash and stretch exercise. Note that it's a tennis ball and I wanted to make it bounce as realistically as possible while also applying squash and stretch techniques. Thanks, Nima tennis_ball_.mov
5. The program kicks out a hi-res or a lo-res model, depending on the Mesh you choose.
6. I actually mentioned the name up top in my first post. Other people had talked about it on the forum a while people. Check it out.
7. Here's a Hi-res model of a head generated in FaceGen and imported into AM as an obj file. Nima
8. Here is the update on the Mongoose Man. I've posted some pictures for your review. I also posted a test animation at: http://www.spiceisle.com/anvar/ A big thanks to Mike Fitz, who took the time to go over everything and refine those areas where the model needed help. Thanks again Mike. All comments and constructive criticisms are welcome. All the best, Nima Anvar
9. Hey folks, I've been working on a superhero character called the Mongoose. I'm working on the eyes and would love to have your opinion on which eyes would work the best. The character is supposed to be a dark character, but a good guy - kind of like Batman. The one thing that I'm trying to avoid is the "Spiderman look" (like the image number 2). Anyway, I would love to here which one is your favorite. All the best, Nima Anvar
