Here's an WIP snapshot of the mascot that I am working on for my own website.
I sitll nee to put bones in him, so I could animate him. But I don't have good enough understanding of constrains and cloth dynamic, so I have a work cut out for me still. I am sure it will be a great learning experience. If you have any tip, I greatly appreciate it.

Yeah, I understand that, but as soon as the my next click or whatever I do, the lines are all messed up again. It's come to a point where I just spend more time fixing the squiggly lines than modeling.

Hello everyone, new to the forum, but probably an old question.
Anyone here experiencing squiggly line when you model? It happens to me on almost every single step that I was doing, and it was so frustrating to a point where almost all of my project are never get done.
I was wondering if there anything I can do to minimize this or better yet, get rid of it completely? I had experienced this in the earlier version, but not quite so frequently.
I am currently using v9.5 btw. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ohh bump mapping, that's a good idea. I do want to keep him cartoony, but I am not going to toon shade him too much.
