[Starting up Problem]

THIS IS A MESSAGE FOR JASON SIMMONS WHO KINDLY ANSWERED MY CALL FOR HELP. I ASSUME I CAN DISCUSS MY PROBLEM VIA THIS MEDIA?

BASICALLY, WE HAVE LOADED THE AM PROGRAM AND WHEN WE CLICK ON THE AM ICON ON THE DESKTOP IT APPEARS TO LOAD AND THEN WHEN YOU EXPECT THE PROGRAM TO OPEN IT CLOSES AFTER ABOUT 1 - 2 SECONDS, HOWEVER, FOR ANYONE WHO HAS THIS PROBLEM, JASON HAS KINDLY LET ME HAVE THE ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM - I HOPE IT WORKS, LET YOU KNOW. ANYWAY HER IS WHAT HE HAS SAID.

For the software we have updates online @ http://www.s1.hashmirror.com/ftp/pub/updat...2006/AM2006.EXE

Try downloading and installing that now if the software still will not fully start. Click on the AM v13.0 one time. Now Hold the 'shift' Key and double click on the Icon while the 'shift' key is still pressed. If this allows the software to open. in the software go to [tools] [options] on the global tab change the 'real time drivers' from {open GL} to {direct 3d}and Restart the software. Now if this does not help email me back.

DEAR ALL,

 

I HAVE JUST PURCHASED THIS SOFTWARE AND CANNOT GHET IT TO WORK. AS SOON AS I LOAD THE PROGRAM IT OPENS AND THEN AFTER A FEW SECONDS IT CLOSES. ANY IDEA WHY THIS SHOULD DO THIS. I HAVE RUN LARGE ADOBE PROGRAMS SO IT CANNOT BE MEMORY. I INSTALLED THE SOFTWARE TO THE LETTER AND UNFORTUNATELY HAVE SENT ABOUT 3 EMAILS + A FAX TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITHOUT ANY REPLY? I HOPE THIS MAY PRODUCE SOMEONE TO ASSIST.
