thumperness Posted June 19, 2012 Share Posted June 19, 2012 I have recently downloaded V17 and successfully moved my license over and it runs. The issue is, it makes me fill out the Animation Master Registration every time I run the software. Is there some other file I need to bring over from the V16 folder? markw Posted June 19, 2012 Share Posted June 19, 2012 Hey good to see you back thumperness Can't say I'v ever had this problem but it sounds like A:M can't write the MasterPrefs.ini file to the A:M v17 folder. So it may be a permissions thing with the folder. Use; 'Get Info' for the A:M v17 folder and set all the permissions at the bottom of the Info window for the folder to 'Read & Write'.
