Fuchur
I have an old model I want to move all the bones down a touch as theye or the model has been moved .How do I select all the bones please Go to the bones-mode in the modelling-window, select the root-bone (top-level bone in the hierachy), select the "Translate"-mode. Now you need to press CTRL and move the root-bone with the mouse down. That should translate all the sub-bones of the root-bone and geometry too. See you *Fuchur*

NancyGormezano
To expand use of translate manipulator (and same for rotate manipulator): If you use the translate manipulator, then all the bones (below it in the hierarchy) will move, without the associated geometry moving. If you use the translate manipulator with CTRL pressed down - you will move the bones AND the geometry simultaneously.
