Adding a third bone in CP weight editor?

If I go to the CP weight editor to edit the weight of a CP that has only one bone on it, I can add a second by pick one from the Drop down list.

 

But I can't add a third one that way. I can pick more on the drop down list, but they don't get added.

 

How do I add additional bones?

Make sure you don't have a bone selected in the list. Then find the third bone in the drop down, & it should add to the list. If you have a bone selected, it just replaces that one. click in the blank area beneath the listed bones to deselect.

This has always worked for me, are you saying it may be a report? As BM says, make sure nothing is highlited before you reach for that 3rd bone.

That is odd, I'm experiencing the same thing in v16 64bit. If you hit the select all cps first (it clears the drop down menu), you can then add another bone.
