How to make my model Tin-Man Shiny?

Well, there are a lot of things you can do, but to make it as simple as possible:

 

Make the Specular Color white and the Specular Size maybe 25% or something.

Make it Reflective.

Add something in the Chor for the surface to reflect.

Another way to get reflections is to apply an Environment Map to the surface to fake reflections.

Keep in mind that specularity will be solid if your surface is flat. So when you're making your robot, it's best to avoid large flat areas. Give them some roundness or break them up with additional details.

 

You can also do a search for the matcap shader and use a metallic sphere image.

A grayscale map to break-up the specularity and/or reflectivity can be a good idea
