    Hi Jason,

    Windows 11’s hardware requirements has forced me to replace my 11 year old computer. As a loyal A:M user who has used a a permanent license since v1 may I please have a new license for the new hardware?

    IMG_1151.JPGIMG_1150.JPGBack working with Dylan Perry, formerly of Momentum Animations, Now Perry Animations on some videos he's working on, thanks to Jason we got AM running again, tell you what after a brea from AM for so long it was refreshing to dive in again and relearn some things, hopefully I can now seriously get back into it again and pic up on some projects that have been sitting on the shelf for a while ;-) The old Mac pro that I had, turned it into my 3D rig, not too shabby for an almost vintage computer, runs windows and AM awesome

    The bee gif I showed on Face Book did not have any rigging  I did the movements  with poses  controlling different  parts  of the model  as I went from frame to frame and the arm was not attached to the body yet  and  so it  showed up that way by accident

      That's the way it was in the old old old days!

      We'd just move the mesh around from frame to frame.

      If you can duplicate the crash and know the steps that do it that can make up a bug report.

      But it sounds like we're too late!

      You can still load assets into your project through the normal directory process, however.

      John, I've found that if I drag in that library window I can catch an invisible icon. They are there, they just dont' show up!

      I'll report this as a bug to Steffen.

      I don't use Libraries, but I'll not that when I open the Libraries window it doesn't look right. If I drag one of those things it looks like an icon.

      I don't know much about libraries.

      Go up to the envelope icon at the upper right of the forum page. Click on it and choose "Compose New" to start a new PM.
      Put "Jason Simonds" in the "To" box

    Upgraded to a new computer, downloaded my Hash software , and it's not allowing me to open because its license to my old computer.  How can I correct this issue?

      Hi Saladeen,

      You are correct that the license key will only work on the old computer.

      Typically you will buy a new subscription for a new computer. I usually wait to change computers until my A:m sub is about to expire anyway.

      Sometimes Hash can re-write the license file to work on a new computer for what time is left on the subscription.

      Contact Jason @ Hash . com to inquire about that.
