  1. I'm sorry if my description of what I wanted wasn't clear. I found it though. I was looking for a spherical limit where the min and max longitude and latitude are 0 but the min and max rolls are -180 and 180 respectively. The only think I wanted that bone to be able to do was roll, nothing else.
  2. I may be misunderstanding you but I don't want the bone to roll like another bone. I only want it to roll. Like, for example, a wheel on a car. But this is actually part of a joint on a robot's arm. It should only be able to rotate in one axis, whilst (I think I'm using that word correctly ) another part of the shoulder joint rotates along another axis.
  3. I don't want the bone to change the direction it's pointing. In other words, I want it to be able to rotate, not translate.
  4. It's been a while since I asked this question but I just tried it and it worked out great.
  5. Thanks guys. I was going to hold off on doing displacement decals but I think I'd better learn them to cover my robot. He's got a few big, flat, surfaces.
  6. I'm making a robot and wondered what I need to do to make him metallic like the Tin Woodman. What changes do I need to make on for the surface?
  7. Whoops, I see the plugin is already there.
  8. Alas the control-drag doesn't seem to work on my mac. How do you install the plugin?
  9. I believe the control drag is what I was looking for, thanks!
  10. I swear I remember there was a way to duplicate bones for the other hand....
  11. And thanks again for that, and thank you for the tip, but I think I'll hold off on decals for a bit so I can get going with my cartoon!
  12. I still need to do colors and finish the bones and rig. (Anybody know how I can actually apply the rig I've made btw? http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=38266) How's it look?
  13. I've been re-learning animation master and I've hit a snag. I created a new on/off pose by right-clicking the model I've made, but when I open an action the pose doesn't seem to take effect. What am I missing I wonder...
  14. Ooooh. I see the link. Ok, gonna get started. Wheeeee!
  15. I used to use AM several years ago and have just purchased a subscription. I plan to make cartoons with robots shooting each other because that sounds like fun. About how long does it take to get the email so I can download this and get started?
