  1. Yeah, I knew something was off but I never thought of rotating the tires, for some reason. I'm glad you like the stage character, AniMattor. I was originally making him for a claymation short a long while ago, but decided to convert him to 3d. Thanks for your comments!!
  2. I agree, I like the poses. But why are his shoulders twitching at the end?
  3. I made this portfolio for a class, which required 3 original shorts, each around 5 seconds long. I'm still learning about modeling, rigging and animation, so I appreciate any comments and constructive criticism on how I can improve. Hope you enjoy. (I know I could improve lots on animating the last clip, but I had to rush it) Pstage.mov downtown1.mov piano1.mov
  4. Awesome character! I love it! That would be great to see him animated.
  5. That is the most beautiful example of water I've seen done on A:M yet.

Think I found it. I might have to re-install it, although I've done that once before and it hasn't seemed to have made a difference. I'm assuming none of my project files saved to my hard drive will be harmed by re-installing the program, will they?

Yes, but when I right-click in the model window, it's still the same as that.

Already did that. It doesn't matter where I right-click, the menu is the same as that. I have no plug-ins either.

Seriously, there is no such thing as a 'Wizards' option on my program.

For now I'm stuck with the 2002 version of this software, and I need to make some text. It would be tedious to model each letter from scratch, not to mention challenging, so I hoped there was a text option somewhere. There isn't. I've heard about some Wizard Font plug-in that provides text, so I looked it up on Google, hoping it was freeware I could download....no luck. Can somebody help me out?
  12. Her cheecks and chin need to move along with her mouth. When her mouth opens, her chin would fall down slightly, and when her mouth closes it would go back up. If you look in a mirror and talk you can also notice your cheeks stretching and relaxing a little bit. It's especially noticeable since her cheeks are so puffed out in that certain position that they aren't moving. Anyway, that's my impression. Looks interesting. edit: Sorry, I think that might have been redundant.
  13. Ahhh, but of course! Really? Download where? And you're welcome, Dhar. I've watched it at least a dozen times now. Every time I told myself this would be the last time watching a particular segment, my compulsive hand would click play again, over and over and over again.
  14. I already mentioned Tak as an example, but okay. Most of the best examples are here: http://www.animationmentor.com/quicktime/winterShowcase/ Here's a pic from it:
